Another big day has arrived at Root Rescue - today we launched our online availability on Amazon.ca. We will be adding more Garden Centres and Landscape Trades Dealers to our distribution channel in the months ahead, but until we have a complete network of vendors across Canada, we'll be using Amazon to give all Canadians online access to Transplanter.

I just looked it up - I registered the Domain Name 'rootrescue.com' in 2005 - it's taken a while to get to opening day, but here we are at last. The Root Rescue Project began in 2002 when I began to wrestle with what might be the cause of stubbornly high plant failures at our Garden Centre / Design/Build operation in Vaughan Ontario.

In looking out my window, I'm not sure if spring has arrived or not. It seems like we've missed winter altogether until now - but I'll tell you what is here (after 12 years of planning, research, and a very long regulatory journey) Transplanter MS-CS - that's what. Root Rescue's new mycorrhizal inoculum for trees, shrubs, evergreens, and perennials has just rolled off of the packaging lines - and it's ready to go to Garden Centres and Landscape Contractor Depots all across Canada.

Well, we got the green light from the CFIA on December 9th, after a 6-1/2-year wait, our New Product Registration finally came down the wire. And since then we've been hustling to get our packaging designs finalized and hit the ground running. The LO Congress came on so fast that we were unable and (truthfully) unequipped to get a booth ready for the show - so we did the next best thing - we turned to our friends and asked for help.

After a 6-1/2 year-long process, Root Rescue has received our New Product Registration for our new Mycorrhizal Innoculate from the CFIA. And the long awaited Registration Number is 2015122A. This means that we can now sell Transplanter MS-CS to all homeowners and contractors from coast to coast across Canada. We've got lots of work to do now that the green light has been switched on.
